![]() from here unplug your iPhone then in device manager go to view SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES. windows 10 right click start> device manager> universal serial bus controllers. i started with having the apple mobile device driver in device manager. This seems to be what worked for me on windows 10 SO that THE DEVICE SHOWS IN WINDOWS/THIS PC AND IN ITUNES □. with a strike of luck I've developed the answer □ ![]() I'm an IT professional and had a client with the same problem, turned out i had it too personally, so I went home and looked everywhere and out of everyone on the internet, no one could give me the answer to this problem, where the iPhone would show in iTunes but not in windows 10 or viscera. Please close iTunes before doing any of this and if you aren't confident take it to your local IT repair shop and show them this □
